How much is cC0 stepping worth?

I have the chance to buy a 700 celeron that is cC0 stepping it goes for 30$ more then a celeron 700 from another place.. but that one the stepping is unknown.
Is it worth it or should i buy a Celly 633 that is 40-45$ less then the celly 700 cC0 stepping.. but this celly 633 is also uknown stepping on.

What should i buy??

If overclocking is your goal, the 633 would be the better choice. With the 700, if it won't run at 100FSB you are opening yourself up to bus problems. The 633 would have a more manageable FSB when the core runs out of steam- which typically occurs around the same speed for both chips. Also, when the core tops out, the higher FSB means better performance.

if you are gonna buy the 700 just buy it as cheap as you can because they are crap for overclocking, they normally get to about 900mhz if your board has the fsb options, if you want to overclock get a cCO 600 or 633, preferably the 600 as the lower the multiplyer the better
