I finally got everything in and installed but when I try to post I get no visual and a repetitive beep. My power LED light comes on, My HDD light comes on, my FDD light comes on and stays on. The FDD cable is installed correctly.

I have 4 256mb sticks of Crucial Cas2
2 p3 700s/ 2 PEP66 w'Global Win38s
Hercules Geforce2 64mb
4 IBM Deskstar 30gb HDs (trying to go RAID 0+1)
1 FDD
1 16x DVD
1 430W Enermax PSU
and a HUGE 22" Flatscreen monitor

I have tried to POST with just 1 stick of ram in DIMM 1
I have discharged the CMOS and set the jumper back to NORMAL operation
I have tried just using one HDD but the HDD LED did not come on. Could be a problem here.
Can't think of anything else. But I've been racking my brain and memorizing the manual.

If anyone knows where I can find a beep/alarm code please let me know. Again, it's just a single, repetitive beeb. It goes beep....pause.....beep....pause....beep....pause.. ..etc. The beeps are the same and the interval between is the same.

Is this a dead board? Someone please help.............

I MEANT TO POST THIS IN THE INTEL MOBOS COLUMN. WEBMASTER, I APPOLOGIZE.

First double or triple check the power supply connector that snaps to the motherboard. That has to be on good and snug. It's also possible the board is shorting against something (like on the backside). This happened to a buddy. We took the motherboard out of the case and put it on some thick cardboard, the hooked it back up. It fired up and worked, so we redid some of the standoffs in the case and the board worked like a lucky charm on the second install.

Did you try reseating your cards?mem?cpu? are you using duals or just one cpu? if duals, try taking one out at a time, and try that. sorry I can't think of more
