I've been trying to undervolt my celeron 600 but it won't work. When I set it manually to 1.65 volts on my slotket it goes to 1.75 instead. It won't let me go below 1.7 volts. I does the same thing for all my other settings too. Like when I set it to 1.6 it goes to 1.8 and so on. Can these things not be undervolted?

I wouldn't want to try. Unlike the AMD chip, the Coppermine core needs an increase in voltage to run beyond spec. The Duron and T-Bird tend to run hot, and cooling them externally doesn't have as big an impact on performance as on the Intel chips. Meaning, Intel is more temp sensitive, but tend to run cooler. The AMD chips have the ability to overclock using both FSB and multiplier adjustments while the Intel chips are multiplier locked. All this you know right? When an AMD chip responds to lowering the voltage slightly, likely it is due to lower internal temps, and less ringback in the data paths.
I believe that trying to undervolt your Celly will only compound your problems. The Celeron works well up to about 1.90V. Beyond that, you should have VERY good cooling to run it with. Try default voltage until the speed is unstable, then increase voltage a little. Depending on the stepping, your chip will top out between 900 and 1008 MHZ air-cooled, and a little higher with more exotic cooling solutions.

I ran my celeron at 500mhz at 2.0 volts for a year. It never overheated. Currently at 1.9
I have a cCO 600 and it used to need 1.75v to be stable at up to 927mhz and 1.9v to be stable at 1.01ghz, so I decided to give burning in a try, I ran at 600 with 2v for a few months using sandra prime95 seti etc.. and the other day decided to see how low I could set my voltage, I could run all the way up to 750mhz with just 1.3v, 900mhz only needed 1.55v but 1.01ghz still needed 1.9v
