Its been asked b4, but which PIII?

Ive a celly II 633@1045. I know its got half the cahe of the PIII but in reality how much of an actual gain can u get over the PIII...???

And which is better 700 fcpga/700E 800fcpga/800e blah blah :-)

The P3-700 will o/c to 133MHz 933MHz more lightly and can go higher with aircooling. Intel stop shipping P3-700 retail box already, so it will be hard to find one of the cCO stepping. The 800E might be hard with just air cooling in o/c to 125MHz and if your motherboard has 1/4 pci support then, you can give it a thought.
