I have an VD133 motherboard from IWILL on VIA APOLLO PRO133 chipset.
Motherboard let me increase Vcore only with 10% from processor's Vcore.
How to increase it more than 10%????

Both Core and I/O voltage are adjusted via jumpers, rather than the BIOS. Options for both include default, +5%, and +10%. While those will be sufficient for mild overclocking, some users would undoubtedly prefer higher available Vcore settings, especially when overclocking the new FC-PGA Celerons (default 1.5V +10% equals only 1.65V).
