Is the P4 capable of being overclocked I heard it was locked out from overclocking?

Also I am going to make an overclocked PC soon it will be:

Abit VP6
Dual Pentium3 1000Mhz Processors
512Mb SDRAM in the beginning
GeForce3 when it comes out
Sound Blaster Live! Platinum
I still need to find a fast large hard drive could use recommendations
For the case I was thinking of buying a larger server cube and buying a vapochill system to install into it then I would install a watercolled system as well. I could use the vapochill to chill the water system to the point where it would make my processor subzero. By adding antifreeze to the water it won't freeze up so it will work really well! Has anyone had any experience with something like this? Well anyways feel free to give me your recommendations!

the vapochill is a case and right now it isnt available in dual cpu... also teh wait for teh compressor may be bit of a bother...... why would you want water when teh vc gets sub degress?

you can overclock the p4 same way as all other intel chips, by way of the fsb.

First let me explain this:

The Vapochill unit comes in a premade case but can be removed because it only requires a wide case with 5 larger drive bays!

Now:

I plan to use a dual water cooling system on the chips themselves but use the vapochill to refrigerate the water for my dual system until a dual Vapochill comes along! See basically it is diagramed in the scamatic attached.
