no hardware support message?

Hi,I've just installed a Galaxy ge4 mx4000 128mb card in a friends system,along with the 53.03 driver,but when i try to run 3d mark2001 on some runs i.e. i get a message "no hardware support,skipping test?",has anyone any ideas why and what i can do to resolve it?.Thanx

The geforce4 mx does not support directx 8 (vertex or pixel shaders), therefore the directx 8 feature tests, and nature game test cannot run.
