Hey all, my Ti 4200 is crashing every time I play any game for some reason.

This started happening today out of nowhere. I changed no hardware and no software, no drivers, nothing at all. No computer crash or anything.

I was using the 45.xx drivers with no problem for a long time. My BIOS was series 12.

I updated to the 53.03 drivers, and BIOS to series 21, and came back and had the exact same problem.

Here's what it said in the log file for anyone into the technical info:

Thanks a ton if anyone can solve this!!!!!!!!!!!

Try reinstalling the 43.xx drivers and return it to bios 12.

well I contacted tech support with the same info and they said the card is fried and that they'll replace it.

However they want a receipt and who the hell keeps those things around for so long. I'm gonna call them tomorrow and argue with them about it.

Does the fan still spin and is anything loose?

yep fan still spins and nothin loose.. the card is just crapping out.

tech support immediately said it was dead, so I have a feeling they've seen this before with this card. Maybe they put out a set of bad ones and are getting a decent amount of these cases
