PII 450 upgrading to ?

I've got a PII 450mhz and I want to put in something faster...My board only supports 450mhz and 550mhz.. so I need something with the same multipliers with 100mhz fsb ... any ideas .. I probably need a slotket .. which is best? ...I've got a Compaq 5670 if that helps anyone.

Sad part is Compaq and every other "name brand" computer has a proprietary bios. Almost no chance of OC'ing and limited controll of the bios.

Prob is too.....if you were to upgrade to a new system...you'd need a new case as well as a new mobo. And if your current sys is integrated vid and sound card....you'd need those too.
