Hey guys, remember me? Well, how do you reckon my Celeron 466mhz go? So far, i can get it to 583 mhz with a Golden Orb, and the standard heat mat that comes with it. (cant afford artic silver yet) And, is it possible to somehow unlock the Celeron?? Reply plz.
Daniel
Unfortunately, the multi is internally locked on those chips, and cannot be modified like some of those AMD chips.
You are pretty close to maxing out that chip now, if you're not already, actually. I believe 600 is just about as far as they go, if I read things right before.....

Nope. Seriously, the multi is locked by intel, and there's no hack....There's been people trying since they started locking them. These are locked internally, unlike the AMD chips you can "unlock" by connecting a pair of bridges with a #2 pencil.
You might want to consider one of those AMD's or a Celeron II or P/// if 480ish isn't fast enough for you. That is about tops for that one.
