2.4b with P4P8X...want info on OC

I just buy a Asus P4P8x with a Thermaltake spark7+ (with AS3)
I want to know if I can overclock over than 3.11ghz and if so how can I set my memory on this particular motherboard. I have 3 (2front+1side) Intake fan 3 (2back+1top) exhaust fan.
My cpu temp on idle vary from 23oC to 25oC and 35 to 39oC on full load...and one other thing....My voltage in my bios is 1.725v and in Asus Probe it show 1.795 which one is the real???

I suggest you to lower your voltage to 1.65V level to prevent a possible damage. 3.11Ghz seems a limit of your CPU.

I have that Cpu and its pretty good I can get it to 3.5ghz but gives me problems in prime after 2 hours, but just to be safe I have it running at 3.2 no prob and 1.7vcore but the board downvlots it to 1.65v.
