I just had an accident with my older TI4200 and it doesnt work anymore... stupid weak caps :P So i am going to be purchasing a new video card.

I was first going to go with the FX series until i read a bunch of horror stories, so i think im going to go with the 9800pro.

I just needed some input from fellow OCers. I want to spend under 350 if possible. I would like to know what card would be the best and what manufacturer would also be the best. Reading the reviews on newegg is mostly a joke, so i turn to you guys, the professionals :)

Thanks for the input!

Oh yeah, I kinda need this by today or tomorrow so i can use my computer again.

Under $350?? Just get a Sapphire 9800pro for $235 at allstarshop. It's retail too, so it comes with RTCW and SoF II bundled.

Sapphire's one of the best, if not the best, brands. They're the ones who produce the cards that ATI sells.

I saw the card, but it never said that it came with any of those extra CDs. I was looking on the 256mb version and it said it came with tomb raider and what not, and this one said nothing about those... :) i want SoF2 my friend bought it but he got a bad copy, i wanna rub it in his face that i got it :P

EDIT: I just looked at the OEM version and they have the same pics, so maybe something is messed up? *shrug*
