www.pcnut.com ! Bought two PIII 700's from them and BOTH will do 1085mhz ( both are cCO and "guaranteed" to be cCO) . (they are in the process of moving , so ordering is delayed till the April 1 ) .

outsideloop.com and atacom.com both had cc0 at one time- you might want to check them.

Wow!! thank for all folks reply my question, but for stearo55, pcnuts.com did offer the cC0 precessor, but i just wondering what is mean by "Not overclockable"? is that mean this processor are not suit for overclocking??

I am NOT trying to answer for Humphry here...but I know that he advertises CPU's that don't overclock well as just that. It sounds like what you are talking about.

I am not speaking for Humphrey here either, but take this for what it's worth.

PCNUT.com and a few other retailers are what I would call "value added" sellers. They take the time to pre-test the cpus that they get in order to provide you with some minimal info on the performance potential. If they feel that the chip is not up to snuff for overclocking, they say so. It doesn't mean that the chip WON'T overclock, just that in his test system, it didn't perform as well as he would expect.

The up side to this is you know what you are getting, but might pay a slight premium for his time and effort to do this for you. The down side to this is that for those chips that don't do as well, he winds up taking a loss or even eating the cost of the chip outright.

Others on this forum will disagree with me here, but I think that if you are willing to pay the slightly higher cost, you will get a better experience from these "added value" resellers than if you were just buying on price alone. Check the reseller ratings on PCnut, warpfactor-e, Azza, Pham and the other added value resellers. You will find that they tend to have higher marks because they care about the consumer's experience and will go the extra mile for you. They deserve our support for this.
