oh yeah!!! Whooohhoooo!! This is how I did it. First I bought a new moterboard that supported dual processors, and then using my ingenius computer mind, I made it compatible to use 5 processors!!! I did some tweaking, adjusting, and finaly set the comuter in a special controled enviroment box, that always stays between 35, and 40 degrees!!! I am running at 5 friken ghz!!!!!!
Hehe, of coarse that was all made up, hehe, I just got bored. that would be nice though.

Could be true. If he got one of these 8-way SMP Server boards, and slapped 8 650Mhz Xeon///s on.

I am just fooling around, Hope i didn't cause any problems.
Back in my day, gay meant you were happy and carefree.
That reminds me, I've heard of a Beowolf rack mount system where you link a bunch of motherboards together and submerge them into a non-conductive cooling oil to make some sort of super computer out of them. Am I having a brain fart or has anyone else heard of such a beast? If they're real, what's the scoop on it? Inquiring minds want to know.

Nope, but sometimes it's hard to tell what someone's intenions and meanings for a comment are, just by reading text. that's where the imoticons come in very handy.....
If you are saying something, joking around, but it gets taken the wrong way, bad feelings can result from it.
Anyways....where can I get the parts for one of those 5GHz rigs...........=) hehe

Dude!! You must be even older than me. ;-) . Sad thing is it meant happy and festive when I was a kid too. Of course I travelle in a very limited circle. (about one block as the tri-cycle rolls)

OMG that's funny!
Aaaight....beat this! I took an AMD 1.3 gig processor (I just needed a piece of junk to test with =)) and attached it to my VooDoo 6000 card. It's smokin fast now and I can pick up any satellite station in the world just by adjusting the dial on my CD Rom. Unfortunately a lot of the channels are in foreign languages, but hey....boobies all look the same no matter what language they're in! =)
Anyway my system benched on 3D Mark 2000 at 14,302! And I have the screen shot to prove it!

For fun, if you still have the proggie that implemented the old Counterstrike "speed hack" you can run that, set your clock to bizarre numbers, and get actual, unbelievable results with 3DMark2000. Bug in 3DM2K, similar to the bug in Half-Life.
