so here is how it is setup as the water exits up out of the case there is an piece that sticks out and goes up making the "t". But for some reason there is still air in the system and i cnat figure out how to get it out. Help what did i do wrong??

For how long has the system been running? Have you shake your rad after filling it? I found out in my system that the rad was the main source of bubbles! A little shaking might help. Beware the tubing if you do.

if you see a spot on the tubes with some bubbles then gently sqeeze it so it can make turbulance and the bubbles are blown away into the loop and out the tline
