Alright which cooling is best im geting a new sys and iwant the best cooling is water cooling good and effective? is it hard to setup? thx for the help

Please watch the language. I see you're newly registered here so just keep that in mind? We have some very young as well as easily offended members here. =)

Depends on what you're going to do. AMD I highly recommend water cooling. AMD tends to get much hotter than Intel chips, and need much better cooling.

Since you posted this under Intel I assume you're speaking of it, and I really don't feel Water is necessary. Intel cools very well with a good HSF and doesn't run nearly as hot even when OC'd.

Air cooling is very simple to set up but water is a huge risk if it leaks (just ask some of our unfortunate members here) as well as considerably more expensive and difficult to set up.
