bridge blasting problem

I ma using the 5v PS method to blast/sever the L6 bridges on my processor. I did blast the 5th bridge, but it still looks to the system as closed but it has 4 ohms going though it instead of 0. I have tried multiple times to reblow it and no current ever came through. Whats going on? I really dotn want to have to cut it.

Update, I did cut the bridge. Checked under a microscope. The bridge is cut, but still it seems connected to the CPU, whats going on?
