The best thng you could do is to read all of the FAQ's and "Tips and Techniques" on the front "home" page here. this will give you a better understanding of what we are talking about when we mention specific details, settings, and adjustments.

After that, you will be better armed to ask specific questions. The question you asked above is a bit hard to answer, mostly because we know nothing of the rest of your system. Posting a semi-detailed system spec list (ie, what parts and pieces make up your PC) helps us IMMENSELY to be able to help you out.
