So with all the components in my profile what settings would u guys try like timings, voltage all that thanks guys. Basically looking for a solid 3.2ghz at 250 fsb.

First, make sure you lock the AGP/PCI to default 66/33. I would just use the default SPD RAM timing setting until you find the limits of your system. You can play with manual timings later when you fine tune your rig. You have good cooling, so start cranking that sucker up a little at a time, then check temps and test for stability. At some point you will have to raise vcore a little for stability, but don't raise it until you have to. Looks like a nice setup, good luck.

It sounds like you are on the right track,I would get 2 free utilities called CPUZ and CLOCKGEN,both are available on the same site -search cpuz.I think you will find them useful.I would keep the vcore on auto for now, set vdimm @ 2.75,disable legacy usb, enable turbo and pat, make sure that AGP is locked and reboot @ 231. If you are succesful and stable, you can go to clockgen, which will let you adjust the FSB from within windows, and go up from there.checking for stability. You may require a little more vcore but I would not go over 1.625. I hope this helps you.
