Ok, The "family" rig is being booted out of the "family" position so it's going to be mine now. I did build this system ~3 years ago and it was top-of-the-line then. Here's the specs:

1.33ghz T-Bird @ 1.46 ghz
AK76-SN Rev. A+
Some Cooler MAster HSF (Aluminum)
256mb PC2100
8.4gb HDD (stole the original for use on my system)
Dual CD-Burners
350w Generic PSU
Some SB card
19in Gateway Monitor
XP Pro

Now that you know the specs, is 51c LOAD too hot for an OC'd T-bird? 1.87v core too. The T-Bird idles at ~42c.

Also, do you think it would be worth it for me to buy a used Tyan Tiger 2460 mobo so I can run a Dually? I can get a second proc. free, and I want to check out SMP.

No way, those birds are furnaces, hottest running CPUs. It's fine.

51C is fine, the CPUs in my duallie run at 52 to 54C usually and its rock solid stable. As for SMP, cant say I've heard of many dual Tbird systems, but dual XPs rock.
