I was looking for a cheap condenser and I found this, do you guys think it would work?

most "radiators" are actually condensors brought in for WC use.
its a wee small but with a good fan it may work.
mine is 260mm x 130mm which allows for 2 x low RPM almost silent fans to be mounted on it.

and 3/8 is to big for the tubing

That not true most WC radiators are from car heater cores
meaning if u hook up one of the WC radiators to a phase-change sys there is a chance that it could pop
and the high side isn't a nice thing to have pop with oil shooting every were and if the liquid gets on u it can cause frost bite

hmm, looks like i'll be looking in the junk yard lol. can't wait to get my chiller from you water_cooler. Not only will it cool my main pc but I am also ganna use it as guide lines to make my own :D there is still alot i am learning about phasechange cooling but i am getting there :) I hope to 1 day post a picture of one i make myself.

Yeah, I think heatercores have pretty thin-walled tubing. I read somewhere that there's a good chance of it popping at 20psi... so not good for phase change.
