My Cely300@450 have "mA0" core stepping (CPU-z tell me). Is it good or bad???

I'm not sure, but it's the revision of the Cpu (probably with different product process)
I've a Celeron II 600 cb0, not good like the cc0, they have different voltage (1.5v for cb0 and 1.7 for cc0) and different chance of O/Cing.
Using Sisoft Sandra you found this information into the Cpu information module under Stepping Mask.
Well, when laundry detergent is modified to clean your clothes better, the product is introduced as "new and improved." When Intel modifies a CPU for better stability, etc. they introduce it as a new stepping.
