Celeron overclocking

I have celeron 2 on 600 overclocked on 950 on abit p3v4x motherboard . V core is 1.75 v.
My problem is this when i press power button system is doesnt do anything just turn on the coolers but when i press the reset button system start to boot and after that work great .No overheating ,very stabile -unreal tournament over 8 hours- no probl at all.
Can someone tell me what 2 do ?

u sure u got the wires correct on the motherboard? check it again cause i had the same problem once. i got the power switch and reset switch wrong on the motherboard.

not i just look at the board and all is o.k.
something else?
