Alright, I just got my 530watt fortron, and it's a great PSU that I plan to keep for a long time.
So, I'm thinking of sleeving it. But, I'm kinda lost.
I don't know what size sleeving to use, and what size heatshrink to use.
There are quite a few guides on this. Just do a search on "sleeving" here on OC. Jab-tek is the cheapest on the sleeving kits that I have found. They come with everything you willl need to do a PSU. SVC also has them. The biggest obstacle is the Molex removal. The 4-pin hdd connectors are easy, as are the floppy connectors. The BIG problem is the ATX and 4-pin P4 connector. I have tried all kinds of different staples and such but cannot seem to get them to come apart. I know there are 2 tabs but even ifI put a staple down each side of the pin I still cannot get it to come out of the Molex. I am about to give up trying. The sleeving will probably go over the 4-pin and the ATX already is sleeved (thanks Antec), but I would still like to know how.

Ahh alright, well my ATX one is already sleeved, so that isn't a problem.
I'll check out jab-tek and SVc.
Thanks.
Does anyone have an alternative method for removing the ATX connector? Or some tip as to HOW to get the staple method to work.

At performance-pcs.com, they sell an ATX molex remover. The only problem is that it is REALLY expensive. One of my friends bought it and it works real well for him, remember to label all your wires well.
You are right about expensive. 24.99 to do one or two psu's is a bit much. I will find another way ;)

Just noticed today that frozencpu also has the remove. Still $25 though. Plus you need one for the molex connectors too. Well, those can be worked around but you might as well. I couldn't find the ATX one at the time I did mine, so I bit the bullet and CUT my ATX connector, then spent the next two hours soldering the bleeping thing back together.
You might, depending on the thickness of your wires and the sleeving you get, be able to fold the atx connector up and work it through the sleeving. Unfortunately, my PSU uses extra thick power wires and that doesn't work for me. So I cut it.
What I will probably do is this. My ATX already is sleeved, just in Black, not UV Yellow. I hope to get the sleeving over the 4-pin P4 connector. I already have the RadioShack pin remover for the hdd molexes. And the floppy's come apart easy. It was just a thought to keep all the wires uniform, but not worth cutting and soldering, or 24.99. If you know what I mean :)
ever thought about using some flex tube. i seen some at an auto parts store in yellow. then coat that with the UV reactive acrylic clear paint. Flex tube was 3.49 USD Acrylic UV Paint 10+ USD i was going to try that on my PSU

The Atx removal method isnt hard at all its just time consuming and that tends to be a pain. As a tip of removal all you have to do is shove the paper clip on both sides of each pin in the atx connector. Try it with a dummy PSU if you got one laying around. As soon as you got the saple as far down as you can pull the same wire from the reverse side to release the pin. Thats it. After you pull the first one it should be pretty easy as you can see where the retention pins lay.
As for relabeling forget all that. Before you begin predict how long you will need the sleeving (better too long then too short.. Then each time you release a pin slide it through the sleeving and plug it back in to the ATx connector. This way no mistakes no labeling.
I must warn you the ATX connector can get very tideous and time absorbing so for those that smoke keep the cigarettes handy and for those that drink keep the Jack Daniels around. And for those that dont do either take a break.
