Wow! That's not good. What patch is this? I wonder how that AMD64 would work with Windows Server 2003 64 bit edition, you can get a 1 year evaluation version from Microsoft for free. I would try it out.

Well i think its em3..

the fold times are up and down. it said 215 be4 the patch then 5:05 after.

i unstalled then it says 3:58 now its 5:05 again.

So i dunno what it is :\

What other things are running on the computer at the same time. I know that If I am doing some uploading or listening to music it will slow down the fold which throws off EMIII for a few frames. After a few frames, it should be reading the times correctly again.

Well i actually had more running then em3 said 2mins at first then after i insalled the patch..

so im not sure. but the times did drop a bit after i uninstalled it.

the patch lets windows controll the processor, so im thinking it made it run slower but im not really sure.

will have to do some reasurce and see if it does anything to improve performanace.

the monsterrig is a maybe.. i want a 20" LCD first and that alone will cost almost as much as my amd64 system i put togther (1400 or so), so ill see.
if i can get someone to help me, i was going to see how well xboxs fold. (733mhz p3 64mb ram 8-10gb hdd) if there Decent then i could probly get 5-10 running since there small and cheap if you get them used.

yeah i saw this on XS but immediately realized how bad it was when it said control of voltage and cpu speed would be controlled by sensors, not your hard settings.
