'E' is 100 mhz fsb, 'EB' is 133 mhz fsb. If it's a 5.5 multiplier then it's probably a P3-550 that has been tested on a 133 Mhz fsb and sold as a P3-733EB. If it was a P3-750 it would be a 7.5 multiplier on a 100 mhz bus, the 750 doesn't come in an 133fsb flavor. Check the s-spec or the cpuid and check here for stepping info http://support.intel.com/support/processors/sspec/p3p.htm
If it's a cC0 stepping or 0686 cpuid then it should go to the 900's with good cooling and system components.
