Well using prommies or well made phase-change systems, you can get to 2.8ghz with an amd, and 4.0ghz with intel. You will most definetly go much higher than you could with air or a TEC.

what gusgizmo said is very ture phase is as good as you get


should get 2.2g on air easy
2.4 2.5 on h20, just depents on money to spend on cooling system
can spend more on cooling that what you pc costs
personall y its a challange to go as fast as possible
