How do you know if your intel cpu is cBo or cCo?

If you know the 'S' spec then you can look here http://support.intel.com/support/processors/sspec/p3p.htm
If not then download CPUID (Intel) or WCPUID (H. Oda), this utility will give you the CPUID code - it's 0681 for my P3-550E, then looking in the S-spec on the intel site it shows my p3-550e with a cpuid of 0681 is a cA2 stepping chip.
