as you can see in my sig, i have the eVGA 5700U and im in need of some good cooling for it. the stock heatsink just plain sucks, since its an integrated unit that cools both memory and heatsink. as you know, DDR2 runs very hot, and i dont like the fact that the heat leaching from the memory gets spread to the GPU via the integrated HS. i was thinking an iceburq4 pro....but im not sure if it would fit my card. what would you recommend?
I would recommend getting a Slot Fan and sliding it right under the video card.

i have the zalman 80hcp on my 5800. I can get 535/995 stable. Before that it ran at 60c on average now it runs <45c. (thats core temp). The silent fan that you buy seperatly is a complete waste of money you can do the same thing for near nothing.

i wouldnt need the side fan anyway, i just chopped holes in the side of my lanboy and now have 2x 80mm intakes on it, one for CPU and the other for GPU. i think i may give that cooler a whirl. BTW, does it come with ramsinks?

I put a touch of crazy glue in the corners of the gpu with the silver grease. Now first of all mine is a 5600ultra and second the ram on the bottom doesnt get covered but u can put some other heatsinks on them if u want. I didnt and never had a problem. The idle gpu temps drop bigtime but on load u have to put a fan under it.Also u need pci slots open lol.It looks great and performs great too.Not a mod for everyone though!

no ram sinks but the heatsink itself is very large and covers them up however doesn't directly touch.
