How can you tell when your power supply is dieing on you? I want to know since i've left my computer on without turning it off for about a month now and it's a generic 300watt psu that came with my case. So any tips would be helpful, thanks.

I would think to check your rails. If they are very erratic or continually out of spec then its time to get a new PSU. Like tinman said "most" generic psu's that come with cases are junk. Unless its from a trusted name always look at getting a replacement.

Random freezes, random reboots, difficulty rebooting. Just being on 24/7 shouldn't kill a PSU, though.
