how to remove plastic fan holders

I want to remove the front fan grills on my case but try as i may i cannot seem to get the plastic fan holders that the fans on the front and rear of the case clip into...:mad:

I think I know what your talking about...

The purplish ones in my chieftec, which I presume are similar to yours..you just push the tabs the only way they will go..and then they come out.

Sometimes I could get it done from the inside of the case, and sometimes I had to do it from the outside.

Remove the fan 1st, pull the tab up then pull the holder toward the left. It's difficult at 1st, but once you know the trick it's pretty easy.

ok, im gonna give that a shot, and i am talking about the ones like on the chieftec cases

I think everybody knew what fan holders you're talking about. Although my old ass Enlight case did have a fan holder in front, but the ones in Antec style cases is way easier to remove.
