Norton Ghost to copy Partitions?

How would I use Ghost to copy say.. my C:\ drive to my E:\ drive?

(they are on 2 different hard drives on the same computer)

If you want an exact bootable duplicate you would use drive to drive or partition to partition,use the second if the drive is smaller or if you only want to use the space neccassary for backup.
