try looking at the BIOS and see what setting you have avilable to you. If you have the option of changing the FBS (front Bus) you want to increase that in small incriments untill you start getting unstable and not booting into your OS(Operating system). You also want to find where you can monitor your CPU and MB (Motherboard) temps. Overclocking is going to cause a heat increase. There are lots of programs that will let you monitor this through your OS. Check the links page before this forum. IF its getting too hot you may have to add extra cooling=bigger, or better heatsink fans....etc the list can go on with your imgination
Thanks much man, I looked in my bios is seems I could change the cpu clock frequency, and the cpu clock ratio. should I increase them in the any particular order??
PS.
Nice sys configuration..

Intels lock the CPU multiplyer so you will not be able to raise it, you can lower it but only in rare occasions does it help(example is if you can get it to run at a higher FBS with a lower clock setting). Your only choice will be to change the freqency try that and see how it goes.

You might also need to look for a setting like bus frequency high or low, you would want to set it for high for 100mhz bus
