What is the best website where i can get a FREE poll for my own website?

Hmm do a google search there are many, or just look for a site that supports cgi-bin "perl", and just upload a poll script :).

I use http://www.sparklit.com for polls on my review site. I also noticed maximum pc's website also uses sparklit for their polls.

i used to use sparklit back before my PHP coding days.. Its a good service.
