Do you think that 2.0v would be ok on a cele2 with a water cooled peltier? I can run at 1107Mhz @ 1.95 But 1130+Mhz would be cool.....
But I really dont need the extra 23Mhz..
I'd stay at 1.95v....that 23 MHz is just bragging rights.
I had my Celeron at 2.05 for a while, and had no problems, but was told it really isn't a good idea to run it there for too lengthy a period of time, as high voltages can kill a chip as easily as high temps can, just takes longer.
So I rolled it back to 1020/1.95v, until I pulled it to run my P///.
Bump your vcore to 2.05 long enough to get a screenshot.....then roll it back down to 1.95v. You might even get 1150 there.
I did this with my C II 600....actually, I threw 2.1v at it, got it to post into Windows at 1077 MHz, opened Sandra, took the screenshot, and as I opened MS Paint to save it I locked up. Damn, those numbers were incredible, too........I do have a shot of it at 1068 somewhere...don't know if I kept it when I upgraded the hdd, though. Ran it there just those two times. Ran 2.05v for around a month or so.
In a nutshell, I'd stay under 2v. It will live a lot longer there.
