using the honda S2000, i just got 72,123 for a SINGLE drift.
i kept it going for 43.158 seconds.
i will post the pic if no one believes me as soon as i get it up on my site.

it took me a while to learn how to drift properly.....once I discovered that you get a LOAD of style points for doing it in practice mode, then I decided that it was time to learn, lol. I got about 1.5 mil points that way.....

anyway, I'm still not very good. my biggest drift is 30k about.....

and does anyone else think drifting online sucks? It's much better in the single player, where it's one at a time....online you have 3 other people to share the track with....kinda sucks, I think.

mine scores of 79k+ plus were all achieved Via keyboard...

i love keyboard wouldn't switch to a joypad any day of the week for racing games...

Mazda Miata 65k. Once got to 85000 but hit a wall man was I ****ed. I use a Modified XBox controller. Miata Dominates the drifts BTW.

I agree the keyboard is nice, I like being able to play one-handed, or at least most of the time, drag racing and nitrous I need a left hand. My biggest was around 35k and I get IMPRESSED when I see that, and I agree, online drifting isn't as fun as if it were 1 player, but that's how the real drift competitions are, so whatever.

I saw a nice article on a guy who built an AE-86 up, I'm sure you did too, sleeper to the maximum power baby!!

Debatable. Generally most people favor the Impreza (or so i've seen on forums)...it slides like nothing else in the game, and I get single drifts of 80k with her pretty easy :)

i will have to try the impreza. I find myself using the s2000 all the time.
i just starting playing the drift online and yes i do agree that everyone on the track at once is crazy. But it is a lot of fun also. BTW I am 8 -1 on the drift. So i am off to a good start.

I couldn't get that to work. It loads the game then closes back to the main menu. Also, my firewall caught it trying to accept connections from other external IPs, care to explain?

connections from external IPs while trying to play the game?! or on website?! either way thats wierd. the game runs fine on my computer. go on your startmenu

and run the 'configure' thing, make sure its set up. you got the non-beta version right? thats really wierd......try posting on the forums if you still get problems
