Not any that I know of. I read an article about it at www.overclockers.com. Go to the watercooling or waterchilling section ;)
Anyways, I have not done this myself, but I am thinking of it, is what I am planning is to get a mini freezer or mini fridge. Then I am going to get a nice bucket for my res, take apart the plastic backing, bend the coils down into the res, and from there have a traditional w/c setup minus a rad, but plus insulation.

the most simple way(but not the best one) is searching a aquarium chiller, like via one.

Commonly people make chillers from the following - Deep freezers, dehumidifiers, lab chillers, 5000+ BTU air conditioners, water fountains, etc.
That aquarium chiller will not work since it is designed for very small heat loads.

I remember reading a great article on converting a dehumidifier into a water chiller complete with pictures, but after an exhaustive search, I can't find it. Basically it involves bending the tubing such that you can submerge the cooling coils into a resevoir. Here are a couple of threads on using a dehuidifier. Maybe you could pm some of the members who have already attempted this.

Don't forget http://phase-change.com/
Some people have used that little cooler you linked too in a custom made Res. that is insulated. I don't know how well this works though.

Now your evaporator should be about 12' of 1/4" copper tubing this should give it enough to get all of the Freon to boil off and give you space to hold a decent amount of extra Freon for heat load porpoises.
ahahaha! I hope none of you have porpoises in your reservoirs!!!

"do all dehudifiers have compressor, condensor, n evaporator?"
No, they all do not, best way to find out, is to pull the filter off the back, you should see 2 cores, the rear 1 is the 1 you want. The setup that #Rotor shows, is very similar to mine and works well.
