Well its been leak testing for over 24 hours. I came in this morning and it looked like all the bubbles were gone. I plugged the top of the T-line up, and about 5 mins later there were a crap load of bubbles!!! What gives why would it do that??

Even if you leak test, there are slow spots in the system where air will get trapped, such as the radiator, and sometime the waterblock. Even the pump can have air trapped. Just rotate or twist stuff around to dislodge them. Might take a little time. Another thing to do is to turn the pump on and off several times to help as well.
