not a problem but strange.

when I was running my1700@2200 my vcore at 1.850v temps 32c idle --- 38 to 40c load.
now running my 1800@2300 vcore at 1.750v temps 34c idle ---- 41 to 43c load.

why is it my temps are higher when I'm running lower voltage in to it.

What was the ambient temps for each situation? Any change in hardware? You are also comparing 2 different chips at different speeds.
