The front of my vapochill says -30C which seems about right but for some reason it keeps it at about 2-3C idle in the bios....shouldnt it be alot lower than this? I have remounted the evaporator 3 times and it hits about the same everytime. I'm using AS5 as well. Is something wrong here or does it sound about right?

I don't think the onchip temp monitoring stuff was ment to operate correctally with that low of a temperature. It was most likely design for 30 to 70+ degrees and isn't accurate that low. Also the ABIT boards are know for incorrect readings. Try motherbaord manager with the ic7 config. It's set to adjust the temperatures based on test units.

See my post a few down, with a Mach II and IC7 MAX3. It doesnt seem to read temps right.
