As I've seen, different slotkets (IWILL, ASUS) have options to change both voltage and FSB, but the latter is by too big steps : 66-200-133. I'd prefer to play with FSB speed in the MOBO bios, and not in slotket. How is it possible?
Please answer A.S.A.P, 'couse I'm getting my IWILL slotket tomorrow, and if it's scrued, I still can return it for smth. else.

Just set the FSB on the Iwill to Auto. I've had an Iwill Slotket II since last June and it's gotten my PIII 700 purring at 994 MHz. I've got the core set at 1.85V on the Iwill, and have adjusted it up 5% in the BIOS of my Soyo SY-6BA+IV mobo to get the core to 1.95V.

The FSB settings on the slotket are really only useful for overclocking on a motherboard that doesn't support and FSB setttings. Using the slotket, you can fool the mobo into thinking that a Celeron is really a PIII, and that a 100 MHz PIII is really a 133 MHz PIII. In your case, leave the FSB at Auto and make your settings in the BIOS.
