I have tried everything but with no reason, I can boot to win at 1.95V and at 2.05V I can play some games but with lockups. BUT I WANT STABILITY. What I can do with this problem. I'm using an golden orbšand i tried watercooling with the same result

you see the problem is that hsf. The golden orb just plain sucks as a cooler. Get a decent cooler such as a FOP38 or a pep66. You should get there! with lower voltages.

If u cant get it stable on 2V even with watercooling then forget about 950...:(
