Okay since we have alot of new blood ie new members...we ' the folding team elders ' have decided that the webpage should be updated as well.

here's the deal:

what we are looking for is a few good people willing to work with me and Ploaf to give it a face lift.

lemme know in this thread if you feel that you are up to the task.

I am decent with web design, not all that much time to work on it, but I will try my best.

I am basically constricted to that type of look, it may look good for now, but I don't know how well it will work with folding, but whatever, I am happy to help.

okay i'm a little disheartened to see only 2 people willing to help with the team page, but any help is appreciated, we need to get a new folding logo in the make for the front page.

Maybe a link to this thread in the recruiting thread at Yaxay would help get some web designers involved in folding and the folding page;)

A little green is about all those guys go for. Heh. If we can offer up a prize to the best design then I bet people will be interested, like $100 maybe or something. They all jump on the chance to make money, so thats how we would get them working for us.

Maybe we can setup something like a submission page and get peeps to submit logos for voting on.

I will chat with a few people and see what the best script/way is to do this.

I think that this should be split into 3 threads one for a logo, one for a redesign team, and one for a FAQ updating team. That would just keep each on target anfd make it easier for people to volunteer. Fold on!!!!

Looks very nice at high resolution, which it is not here.

EDIT2: I'm slightly confused. Do you want to make over the www.octeams.com or the folding page within octeams.com?

I had an idea using the protiens to spell O/C. This is not a submission, just to put out an idea for someone else to jump off of if they want. My paint skillz are teh suxx0r.:( :rolleyes:

Maybe we should have a photoshop contest. That would spark up some submissions. I'll also help in any way that I can with the website. I revise a website for my school's Virtual Enterprise class.
