did you change the heatsink??? if you did it may not be seated correctly on the CPU. And if you did, did you put thermal paste on it? Also make sure the heatsink fan is connected ,i have seen this problem one to many times.
Also have you change the voltage of your CPU? is it higher that stock, if it is it may still be cuaseing to much heat... or did you set it to low by mistake?

So the quick check list would be.... defualt CPU speeds set right? (FSB and multiplier) Heatsink/fan on CPU properly, fan working? your voltages set right?

And when you say errors what kind are you geting ? reg and vxd error? or just other random errors? the more info you feed me the more i may b able to help

so you are ure you fan is on properly.. and you have more than enough fans on it... So when you tried to overclock did you have your PCI speeds way out of spec... 40+ MHZ?

you may have corrupted some data on your harddrive. run a scandisk yet? bet it will be full of errors. also if IE is the main cause of your problems you can try to uninstall it (if you hvae that option) or just reinstall it and if any of IE's data files are curropt that should fix some problems.... i hope you were refering to IE and not windows explorer... if that is the case you may have to install windows again. It should be fine to install windows ontop of itslef, you shouldnt have to format.

Any way you can test that CPU out on a different computer? overclocking can damge the computre, but that doest seem to vbe the case as you computre isnt crashing all the time is it?
