GPU WB with 90° Orientation

I've just got a YY Cube case and would really like to water cool my 9800 card. However the case has significantly less width on the motherboard side, meaning that there is not enough room for a conventional block that has barbs facing the side of the case. I was wondering if the current blocks out there could be setup this way, having the barbs facing towards the front? Here's a pic of my dillema
