Is it poss to Oc my little old p2 400 sitting in a ****y compaq mb?

There is no bios to speak of as you know. So it there some little util to up the fbs or any other way?

Your pretty much screwed. Chances are your board doesn't have the jumpers to do it. Scratch that. Your board does not have the jumpers to do it. You could use a program like softfsb. You put in the chipset or board you have and you can overclock it from windows.
