is this PCI bus and everything locked on this chipset?

i have a cheap intel 2.0 celeron that was sittin around so i started to play with it, i found that the ASROCK MOBOSTAR M266 rev2 board will let me o/c the FSB so right now i upped it to 110 and it runs great. i know NOTHING about intel, this is my first setup that i have ever played with.... the chipset according to CPU-Z is VIA P4M266(VT8751) rev 0 and south bridge is VIA VT8235... on this when i up the FSB will it throw the PCI and AGP out of spec or are they locked? i know VIA chipsets on AMD use a divider but i didnt see one in the bios.
