View Full Version : AQXEA 0329 XPMW a good one?

Just got me a 2500+ AQXEA 0329 XPMW is this a good overclocker? I hope so. Can you guys tell me what I might get outa this. I got a KT4 Ultra and pc2700 ram....

I got this from ebay for 110$ so I hope its a good deal..... got to be better than my 2000+ listed in my sig.

i have a 0329 mpmw and it does 2300mhz @ 1.85vwont do 2400 regardless of voltage... this is on water

with kt4 chipset and pc2700 ram you should be able to do 180x12.5 (2250mhz) with no problems. that's what i used to do with my old kt4v-l from msi and samsung ddr333. any higher than 180fsb and you start taking your pci and agp too far out of spec.

it was totally stable running everything i run but i never primed it cause that was back before i'd heard of prime95 or even knew that other people overclocked as much as they do. all my voltages were default and ram timings were spd (not sure what that was).

Just wondering... am I the only one here with a "B" in their stepping (VPBW) ?!? Maybe that has something to do with how amazingly bad my barton is.
