I think he painted the faceplates silver...and....turned on the LEDs on his fan controller.

That's a good start... Now how about some sleeving or at least split-loom, those wires of yours need some taming.

Yep I worked also inside since I take the picture, i ve done a great job inside & sleev many thing.
Now I work for a "Pochoir"(sorry i don't now the word in english
& it'll be good.

Good working on the painting of the drives. Like someone said above you can also try stealthing the drives. Also, post a pic when you can of the redone wireing you said you did, I think alot would like to see how you cleaned up the wires. :)
