fastfat problem

i was changing ram timing and some blue screens... after reboot i keep getting "fastfat" installation screen... but nothing really changed.. i looked it up on yahoo and found out that i should copy fastfat.sy_ to windows\system32\drivers decompress copy it... so i did it overwriten i restarted same thing. then i found that ram might be dmged or something... i used my second stick and same thing... anyone know how to get rid of this and not formating/reinstalling??
